FirstPromoter allows you to automatically track sales, refunds, upgrades and cancellations from Chargebee.
To integrate Chargebee with FirstPromoter, you need to follow the next steps:
Getting Started > Quick Setup > Choose Chargebee and follow the steps from the Integration Wizard.
Set Chargebee Webhooks
Login to Chargebee and go to Settings > Webhook Settings
Click 'Add new webhook' button on top right(if it's visible)
On Webhook name set something like 'FirstPromoter'
On the Webhook URL, paste the Webhook Endpoint URL value from FirstPromoter integration setup
Select API version - V2
Select for Events only: Customer Created, Payment Succeeded, Payment Refunded, Subscription Cancelled, Subscription Deleted
Check 'Exclude card information from webhook call'
Click 'Create Webhook'
Back to FirstPromoter, on 'Site' field, enter your Chargebee subdomain(look at the URL bar, if your URL is https://mycompany.chargebee.com your site is 'mycompany')
Click 'Confirm webhook connection'
If you want to change the Chargebee account or switch from sandbox to production environment, go to Settings > Integrations - View Integrations > Select Chargebee - Setup and repeat the steps.
